Meet Our Team
Israel (Izzy)
My career in industrial supply began over 20 years ago, building wire rope chokers, hydraulic hoses, and lifting slings for the Rogue Valley’s logging industry. From the warehouse, I advanced into management at a Parker Store, then expanded my expertise into power transmission products, including gearboxes, bearings, and chain drives.
My entrepreneurial journey originally began at the age of 16 while studying business administration at Rogue Community College. Over the past decade as a business owner, I’ve continued learning and broadening my experience in fasteners, safety supplies, and American-made hose and fittings.
Today, I’m proud to be part of ISPRO, where product knowledge and personal service are at the heart of how we do business. Watching ISPRO grow is deeply rewarding, and I’m grateful for the path God has led me down.
Sean
With an engineering mindset and 15 years of experience in production, warehousing, and management, I enjoy digging into technical challenges and finding practical solutions. As ISPRO’s general manager, I helped open this store with a clear goal: combine quality products with knowledgeable, personal service.
My specialty is fluid power, including hydraulic hoses and fittings, and I’m continually expanding my expertise in hardware and power transmission. Working directly with customers is what I value most—understanding their needs and finding the right products to keep their operations running.
Outside of work, I enjoy welding, brewing beer, and spending time outdoors. My vision for ISPRO is simple: build our expertise around our customers’ needs and deliver excellent service every day.
